Muñoz entered the showbiz industry through the third season of the reality talent show, StarStruck in 2005. After StarStruck, Muñoz appeared in several television shows in GMAand TV5. In 2008, Muñoz represented the Philippines in the annual Asia Supermodel Competition.
In April 27, 2013, Muñoz's band PHILIA played at Pulp Summer Slam 13:"Til Death Do Us Part". The biggest metal festival in the Philippines, with featured foreign metal acts such as Cannibal Corpse, Coheed and Cambria, Dragonforce, As I Lay Dying, Circa Survive, Amoral and A Skylit Drive.
Muñoz transferred to ABS-CBN in September 2014 as one of the stars of Pasion de Amor.
